Koreans are the sexiest dressers. Rather, Korean women are the sexiest dressers. They just seem to know how to dress themselves and have a good sense for fashion. I can’t say every face is necessarily the most beautiful, but when I accidentally look at someone without seeing their face, I sometimes can’t help myself “wow, this gal must be incredibly attractive…”
I know this is shallow – sorry. Personally, looks or appearances have very little influence on my long term relationships in life (friends or otherwise) — look at my best friend — just kidding Sun! 
Seriously, I really don’t care about how people look when it comes to friends and most relationships. However, I can’t say I’m NOT human nor I don’t have the animal instincts in me to look occasionally.
Yes, the photo here shows a model who is “all done up”, but if you can believe it, many Korean women dress like this…

Chinese women look best because there’s far more variety. Korean women look like untanned Japanese whores.
